You need install original factory S5230XEII4 first. In this topic's header You can see video-manual.

Phone will reboot. Then run Multiloader again. Check "APPS" checkbox only, and choose apps_patch_S5230_XEII4.bin (You need unpack it from archioive apps_patch_S5230_XEII4.rar).
