Если у вас кабюель собран на микросхеме pl2303 то недостаточно поставить драйвер для микрухи pl2303...нужно поставить РОДНОЙ!!! Я тоже сначала влепил драйвер который пол года на винту валялся...и вот такую фигню фыдавало! ПОтом нашёл диск от кабеля с родными дровами - поставил - ура! Заработало! если нету диска - заходите в нет ищите сайт производителя микрухи и скачиваете дрова...
