sdf file is a configurations file for editing your firmware with the Samsung Firmware Editor , it is generated with the Firmware Profile generator in SFE! You must put the file into a Directory "Firmwares" in the root directory of the SFE (example D:\sterowniki\sam\FWEeditor_20138\Firmwares\D830CBFL1.sdf), sorry for my english thanks
