problem in D900 MOD

hello..

 

i am greek..and i do not know any russian..i post this here because i could not post it anywhere else i was told to find you..they told me you could help..

 

i have d900 and flashed a firmware : D900XEFK2 Fw with Greek language and T9..(u can find this here http://www.samsung-stuff.de/board/thread.php?threadid=13579&threadview=0&hilight=&hilightuser=0&page=1 ...its the 1st download)

 

but there is a problem..if i write messages with more than 70 characters it is sent as 2 SMS and of cource u pay for 2..

 

normaly (i mean before flashing)this happens if the unicode option is selected in the : menu-5-5-1-1..the 3rd option is the one i am reffering to..

 

in english this option is "character support" and u can choose one of these

* GSM-Alphabet

* Unicode

* Auto

 

if u choose Unicode then u can sent only 70 characters in one SMS..

 

but in the mod i refered above this option does not exist!!

could you fix this problem in that mod plz plz..?

Hello. May be, I do not unerstand your prblem well, but now I'm exploring my new mobile phone, and I think much about bit different problem.

Then I write a big sms-message (70 or more symboles) I ALWAYS send 2 or more messages, and I can not change it by language's or other options. But if I understood you, Lik, you wrote big messages without separating it. Does it really?

berore flashing i was able to write up to 170 character per sms..
